About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed with Colour Press, on this site or on WhatsApp. By placing an order you agree to them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version and date at the top of this page show when they last changed.

Orders and confirmation

Every product is made to order for you. You can check out on the site or send your order to us on WhatsApp.

We confirm each order with you on WhatsApp before we start making it.

Personalisation and proofs

Names, initials and other text are printed exactly as you enter them. Please check spelling, spacing and capitals carefully before you place your order, as personalised items are made to your details.

If you upload your own cover design, please send a high resolution PDF.

Pricing

Prices are in Sri Lankan rupees. Planners and notebooks start from LKR 2,300 and go up to LKR 3,200, depending on the layout and cover type. Extras are priced separately.

Delivery is not included in the product price. It is added at checkout, and your total is shown before you pay.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery is LKR 500 to any address and takes 2 to 4 working days once your order is dispatched.

You can also choose Pickup (in person or PickMe Flash) at checkout. Pickup is free.

Production times

Each item is made to order and takes 7 to 10 working days to make. Delivery is 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.

Bulk Discounts

Bulk discounts are available for single orders of over 10 of the same type of item (e.g. 10 daily planners or 10 diaries). Designs and customisation can vary according to your preference.

Corporate orders

Bulk pricing for corporate orders starts from 25 pieces. Request a quote and we will reply with pricing and a proof.

We send a digital proof within two days. Production starts once you approve the proof. From first message to delivery, usually in two to three weeks. The exact timeline is confirmed once your order is approved.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellations: Once payment is completed, website orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled. Exceptions may apply under certain circumstances, where agreed by Colour Press.

Returns and Exchanges: We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect product selection. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and supporting photos. We request that issues be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds or replacements may be provided for verified defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied items, or where Colour Press cannot fulfil an order. Each request will be reviewed, and an appropriate resolution will be offered in accordance with applicable law.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Customised Orders: Customers are responsible for checking and approving personalised details and artwork before production. Up to two rounds of artwork edits are free of charge after the artwork is shared. Additional rounds will be charged at LKR 200 per round.
