Privacy policy
A little information helps us make something personal. This page explains what you share with us, why we need it, and how to ask us about it.
01 / What you share
When you place an order or contact us, you may share your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. We also use the products, options and notes you choose for your order.
For personalised items, this may include a name, initials, a gift message, a logo or a cover design. Please share only what we need to make your item.
02 / Why we need it
We use these details to answer your questions, confirm your order, prepare your stationery and arrange delivery or pickup. They also help us contact you if something needs checking, such as a spelling or delivery detail.
For corporate orders, we use the business details and artwork you provide to prepare a quote and discuss your order.
03 / Who may receive it
The people preparing your order need the information required to make it. A delivery provider may need your name, phone number and address to get it to you.
If you choose to send your order through WhatsApp, the order details are included in the message you send. WhatsApp and any external service you choose have their own privacy policies.
04 / What your browser remembers
This site uses storage in your browser to remember your shopping bag, checkout progress and saved order details on your device. Some information lasts for the current session, while other information stays until you clear it.
You can remove this information through your browser settings. Doing so may also empty your bag or remove saved order details. If you use a shared device, clear your browser data when you are finished.
05 / Keeping your information
We keep the information needed to handle your order, answer follow-up questions and maintain necessary business records. Not every type of information needs to be kept for the same length of time.
No website or messaging service can promise complete security. Please do not put card numbers, payment passwords or other sensitive financial details in order notes or messages.
06 / Your choices
You can ask us about the information we hold about you, tell us if something is wrong, or ask us to delete information we no longer need. Some order or business records may need to be kept.
If you provide someone else’s details for a gift or delivery, please make sure they are happy for you to share them.
07 / A question, or a change
For a privacy question or request, email hello@colourpress.lk. Tell us enough to find your order or conversation, but please do not send unnecessary personal documents.
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
